Phoebe’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to public service and community safety. She came to California to serve with City Year and worked her way through law school as a server and bartender, gaining real-world experience both inside and outside the legal field before becoming a prosecutor. As a mother raising three daughters in San Francisco, she understands firsthand the importance of safe neighborhoods. Phoebe believes judges play a vital role in maintaining strong, stable communities by applying the law thoughtfully and without politics.
